a. Information you provide us
When you sign up for Kyakare, you provide us with your name, email, gender, your picture and date of birth. During the registration process we give you the opportunity to connect with your friends. Once you register you can rovide other information about yourself like city, hometown, family, activities, places of interests, etc.
One of the primary reasons why people use Kyakare is to share event related links and information with others. Examples include third party links, comments that you post on the site, your intent when you click on Attending, Love it, share it. You need to ensure that this content is in the public domain and you have the right to share this content.
b. Information we collect when you interact with Kyakare Site activity information: We keep track of some of the actions that you take on Kyakare, such as following people, uploading picture, indicating you “Love”, “Attending” or connect with a third party website.
Access Device and Browser information: When you access Kyakare from a computer, Mobile phone, Tablet, or other devices, we may collect information from that device about your browser type, location, IP address and the pages you visit.
Cookie information: We use “cookies” to make Kyakare easier to use, to make our advertising better, and to protect both you and Kyakare. We use them to store your Login ID (not your password) to make it easier for you to login whenever you come back to Kyakare. We also use them to confirm that you are logged into Kyakare. You can remove or block cookies using the settings in your browser, but in some cases that may impact your ability to use Kyakare.

Facebook and Twitter: We allow you to access third party services, such as Facebook and Twitter, to share your selected Public Content with those services, and import information about who you are connected with on those other services so you can connect with them on the Site. Some of those third party services may also provide us with information from your accounts there to enhance and personalize your use of this Site. Because Kyakare enables people to discover and share information with one another, information about the people who use Kyakare is an integral part of the Kyakare experience.
Name and Profile picture Your name and picture are publicly available. If you are uncomfortable with sharing your profile picture then you can delete it.
Contact information Your contact information settings such as your email address, phone numbers, etc are private.
Posts by You: Kyakare is a platform that allows you to share events information by posting events, commenting on them, Indicating whether you Love an Event, are Attending an event, etc. These activities will be available in the public domain and in some cases it can be shared on third party websites like Facebook and Twitter.
Other : Some of the content that you share and the actions you take will show up on people who follow you and other pages that they visit. You understand that information might be reshared or copied by other users.
Third party sites As mentioned above, we do not operate applications on third party websites like Twitter or Facebook. When you use those applications and websites you are making your Kyakare information available to someone other than Kyakare. You should always review the policies of third party applications and websites to make sure you are comfortable with the ways in which they use information you share with them. We do not
guarantee that they will follow our rules.
Advertisements: Sometimes the advertisers who present ads on Kyakare use technological methods to measure the effectiveness of their ads and to personalize advertising content. You may use your browser cookie settings to limit or prevent the placement of cookies by advertising networks. Kyakare does not share personally identifiable information with advertisers unless we get your permission.
Links: When you click on links on Kyakare you may leave our site or be shown information from other websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and we encourage you to read their privacy statements.

We use the information we collect to provide our services and features to you, to measure and improve those services, features and to provide you with customer support. We may contact you with service related announcements from time to time.
Kyakare is about sharing information with others. We share information with third parties when the sharing is permitted by you.
When you invite a friend to join Kyakare: We will send a message on your behalf using your name.
To help your friends find you. Certain information like your name and your activites will be made available in search results in Kyakare to enable your friends to find you.
Search engines: We allow search engines access to our website. We may allow them access to information that you have made public.
